Your Role:
We are seeking a client-focused professional to join our team, dedicated to expanding our market reach and ensuring the satisfaction of our valued customers. Embark on an exciting journey as an Account Executive at Carvago by Gjirafa, where you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our customer base and enhancing the overall experience of clients.
Your Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients, with a focus on expanding our customer base.

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the end-to-end online car delivery process.

Stay informed about our online platform’s features and benefits, emphasizing the unique aspects related to cross-border car deliveries.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the online car delivery model, contributing to revenue growth and market expansion.

Work closely with internal teams, including operations and logistics, to ensure a seamless and coordinated online car delivery experience for clients.

Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges, contributing to the overall success of Carvago’s online car delivery platform.
What we expect (requirements):

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Proven track record of minimum 2 years in a successful sales role, preferably in automotive or e-commerce.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.

Comfortable using and learning new technologies, with familiarity with CRM tools and other sales-related software being beneficial.
